Strawberry Fire Safe Council

It is the mission of this body to provide recommendations on preparing for wildfire and reducing wildfire threat to properties within the greater community. Through outreach events, the council will research and share resources to improve defensible space, recommend proper building materials, manage native and non-native vegetation and prepare for evacuation. Over time, the council’s efforts will result in a Fire Safe Community who is learning to live with fire.
